I’m Parul, with a passion for helping professionals reclaim their health and balance through therapeutic yoga, mindfulness, and lifestyle healing.

Before embracing yoga therapy, I spent 12 years chasing career goals, like many driven professionals, until life forced me to pause. After silently struggling with fibromyalgia for eight years, I was later diagnosed with Obesity, Rheumatoid arthritis, Grade II Fatty Liver, and type 2 diabetes, conditions that changed the course of my life. These challenges were my wake-up call, showing me that no amount of professional success is worth sacrificing your health.I decided to step away from the hustle and turn inward. Through in-depth studies in yoga therapy, body alignment, restorative and yin yoga, and nutrition, I healed myself and found my true purpose: to support others navigating similar paths. Today, I specialise in helping working professionals manage stress, burnout, autoimmune conditions, and chronic fatigue, using evidence-based yoga therapy and personalised wellness guidance. 

My life experience allows me to offer deeply empathetic, practical, and impactful care. To date, I’ve personally guided over 50+ individuals, many juggling demanding careers and chronic symptoms, toward physical resilience and mental peace. MY PHILOSOPHY

Yoga is for everybody, every age, and every emotion.
My mission is to create healing spaces that are welcoming, slow, trauma-aware, and rooted in compassion. I believe emotional health and physical healing are inseparable. Through my carefully crafted yoga therapy programs, I offer a soft-landing space for those navigating life transitions—ageing, loss, burnout, or hormonal shifts.
